OUR SERVICES

Whatever your move looks like, we prepare it first.

The Home Panel is an introducer, not a law firm. We do the groundwork on your case, identity checks, source of funds and the documents your file needs, then hand a complete file to a firm on our panel that is authorised and regulated by the SRA or the CLC. That is typically 2 to 3 weeks off the front of a transaction. Pick the service that matches your move.

Choose your move

Five services, one way of working.

Each page explains what the legal work involves, what the fixed fee covers, and what tends to slow that particular kind of transaction down. If you are not sure which one fits, tell us about your move and we will work it out with you on the follow-up call.
An estate agent handing house keys to a buyer.
Fixed-fee conveyancing for your purchase, with searches started early.
A bright open-plan apartment with a compact white kitchen and a grey sofa.
Your contract pack and protocol forms ready before a buyer is found.
A couple carrying moving boxes and a plant into a bright home.
Both ends of the chain, one firm, one file, one completion date.
A contemporary cream kitchen with a white island, integrated ovens and clean-lined cupboards.
Switching or renewing your deal, with your lender's requirements met.
Hands exchanging a set of keys across a professional desk.
Adding, removing or buying out an owner without selling the property.
A worker renovating a modern kitchen with tools and materials nearby.
Legal pack reviewed before you bid, and a firm ready for a 28-day clock.

Done before instruction

The groundwork happens before the file opens.

Conveyancing normally starts from nothing the day your solicitor is instructed. We do this part first, on every service line, so the firm opens a file that is already complete and starts on the legal work immediately. There is a fuller walk-through on how it works.
01

Identity and AML checks

Credas-verified digital identity for everyone on the file, done online in about ten minutes. No ID charge.
02

Source of funds

Deposit and funding evidence gathered and reviewed upfront, rather than chased three weeks in.
03

Key documents

Property information, title documents and anything else the firm needs, uploaded and checked in one secure portal.
04

The right firm for your case

We match you with a panel firm that fits your transaction, your lender and your property type.

What it costs

Fixed from day one, itemised in full.

We do not publish a price list, because a real quote depends on the property, the tenure and where it is. What we do publish is the shape of the fee: what is inside it, and what sits outside it and is always shown separately. There is more detail in the conveyancing FAQs, and you can estimate your total moving costs before you commit to anything.

Inside the fixed fee

Outside it, and never hidden

Disbursements are paid to third parties rather than to the firm, and Stamp Duty is paid to HMRC. Both appear in your quote so the total is the total.

Ready when you are

Tell us about your move. We will do the rest.

The form takes about three minutes and there is no obligation. We review what you send, come back within one business day, and help you choose the panel firm that fits. We also work directly with estate agents and conveyancing firms.
